Requin is a French Mediterranean concept by chef Jennifer Carroll in partnership with chef and restaurateur Mike Isabella.

Pulling flavors and influences from the Mediterranean coast of France, Carroll’s menu features spreads, dips and other sharable plates alongside mains like steak frites, mussels, and roasted chicken. Sweet and savory endings like chocolate soufflé, profiteroles and a daily cheese selection round out the meal.
