General Manager, Requin
Prior to joining Mike Isabella Concepts, Mervyn served as general manager at SER, an authentic Spanish tavern in Arlington, Va., preceded by Hudson’s Landing and Malone’s Bar & Grill in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In addition, he has worked locally on the front-of-house staff at Mussel Bar & Grille and Green Pig Bistro.
Mervyn’s work travels have taken him abroad to Kaibo Restaurant on Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands and Monk’s Grill in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. He is a graduate of the Forum for International Trade Training partnership with Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and holds a global certification as an International Trade Professional.
